Hi Guys, Just want to say a big THANK YOU for the excellent way you helped me out. I ordered a seal from you which turned out to be the wrong one for me, I contacted you & after a bit of discussion & some great advice from Darren, I returned the seal & you sent me a new one. Unfortunately that one didn’t fit the job neither. I phoned you again & unfortunately you don’t hold the actual seal I require for my mothers shower door. I returned the seal in the post on Monday lunch time & couldn’t believe it but my money was back in my paypal account on Tuesday. You guys work so fast to satisfy customers. I just wish other companies worked as well as you guys do. Thanks again, just great to deal with a company who put the customer first, no questions asked Cheers
